Our web based interface allows the user to access the system from any location with Internet connectivity. Once a user is logged onto the server, they can upload, schedule and target content throughout the network. In addition, the interface provides a user friendly environment to control the display functions, create customized templates as well as control and stream music across the network. Our interface also offers features such as FTP uploads and downloadable performance affidavits which documents system functionality and digital content placement. 

Our servers are located in Canada and boast 24/7/365 monitoring with double redundancy. The servers are the first stop for the digital content before it is disseminated to the network. Here the content is stored, organized, scheduled and directed to the proper locations. All the while, the server monitors the network and documents the health of the entire system. If a error is discovered the server will contact a staff member who can further investigate the situation. Because flexibility is so important our system is compatible with a wide variety of digital formats including, .gif, .jpg, .mpg 2, .mpg 4, and flash. Flexibility throughout the system allows us to tailor a customized system to meet your specific requirements.

The Video Insertions Device (VID) is located at each venue or display and communicates with the server using a content pull technology. At regular interval the VID contacts the server looking for new information to upload. If new information is on the server it will be uploaded and cued according to the user defined schedule. The VID is a flexible hardware platform that can be configured to meet your specific requirements. In addition, the VID can be customized to display full screen digital signage or a media mixture of broadcasting and narrowcasting. These devices can accommodate a variety of video cards and have the ability to house a hard drives if additional memory is required.
